Centering iris adapter : The iris adapter allows centering

of cells and samples up to 80 mm in diameter. It is also used for centering single-grain samples.

Coarse-granular cell for coarse-grain samples : For granular samples and coarse powders, etc., stable spectra can be obtained by averaging using a large cell with multiple measuring points. Rod-shaped samples up to 140 mm in length can also be used.

4 x 2 vial tray for automatic measurements : The XY-movable stage allows powders packed in multiple vials to be measured automatically and continuously. The operator can do other work while the continuous measurements are being taken.
