Polyurethane has many excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, wear resistance and so on. It is widely used in household, construction, daily necessities, transportation, home appliances and other fields. Isocyanate is the main raw material for the production of polyurethane and NCO group is an important index to measure the quality of polyurethane products, and also a key control point for the study of reaction kinetics and the optimization of process parameters.

A domestic polyurethane enterprise used for the determination of NCO content of isocyanate, by monitoring the NCO content at the end of the reaction. They can control to produce various products with different NCO content, to meet the needs of different customers. Compared with the traditional titration analysis method, the process control time is greatly shortened, providing production people with very timely data support for the precise control of product quality.
